Hosiery store
Most have starting at $15/$18 with nicer fabrics $50 and up

Do you care about what material it is?
Cashmere will be more expensive than polyester...
I got a nice cashmere scarf from off fifth a few weeks ago that was marked down to $50 but now its more..
