Which one to buy? They're both 6.5 qts but the NutriMill is $200 cheaper. Which one is better for a full recipe with 5 lbs?

I don’t think Nutrimill can handle the big batches of challah dough. Bosch has a separate bowl you need to buy. If you’re not planning to make big batches if challah dough you’re probably fine with the Nutrimill, though I’ve never tried it.

What's wrong with the bowl it comes with?

It can’t handle the 5 or 6 lb of flour many use in order to do hafrashas challah with a brachah. Bosch literally made a different bowl and mixing accessory for this purpose and they say that if you use the regular bowl- plastic ir stainless doesn’t make a difference- you will eventually burn out the motor. If you make small batches you should be ok.
