My daughter has a couple sems she is applying to that ask for a bio- what goes in it, what format, any other tips?

It should talk about her family, interests and hobbies, favorite subjects, goals in life and goals for seminary

She needs to write this with guidance from her seminary advisor and/or principal. They know what the schools want to see. Different schools will appreciate different things included.

I think the template is something like:
1) One paragraph about how your family, community, upbringing, and past make you who you are
2) One paragraph about how high school and other recent educational experiences have shaped you
3) One paragraph about goals for the next stage of life and how this seminary will develop you to help you get there
