There are beautiful baby clothes boutiques in the Jerusalem area that deliver. I recommend that!
If you really want to make it meaningful, you can add a flower bouquet or a mazal tov cake/dessert /fruit delivery

What about restaurants who do deliveries to send her a gift card so she can order a lunch or something? Would that work?
