Not Shwekey’s Racheim, which is beautiful.
But a different song, which was on Jewish Music Stream this afternoon but I wasn’t able to look it up at the time. I’ve actually been looking for it for a while, so really hope someone can help me find it.

The high part is

It's an old chassidic song, very many chassidish singers probably sing it.

If you're thinking of an older niggun, it may be the slow, minor-key one:
