I'm making a bar Mitzvah in Lakewood in a few months and want the best tasting food nicely presented.
The best I had in Brooklyn was Aperion/Kaufmans I would love to have someone as good.
How is cutting edge caterers in Lakewood?

There will be many different responses and many different levels. Depends on your budget. I priced a lot out but I priced out for shabbos.
All prices was per person and then there is staff.
Cutting edge is middle of road. Was around 35 a person.
Glatt gourmet is as well. Maybe 40.
Menachem Tessler is higher end. He ended up being in 50-60 range
Greenwald is also higher end. 50 to 60 range.
There is Schultz but when I priced him out he was the most expensive. Over 60.

I can't weigh in on anyone mentioned, but I will say that based on my own research here for caterers, it is important to keep in mind that different people have different standards.

I used cutting edge for my son’s Bar Mitzva and they literally took care of everything. I couldn’t have been happier!
