My friend in Jerusalem is a super-talented pastry chef and food decorator. Does anyone know of an available position?

They can either reach out to a store/bakery in the area or someone private who wants to expand.
If they have a drive, they can also open their own and make simcha cakes. Maybe if they are going to a simcha soon, they can make a beautiful cake and leave a bunch of business cards as a way to get their name out. These things are usually professions where referrals are from friends.
Another option if they want to be independent is to get on some of the English speaking email or watsapp groups and leave ads with a couple of pictures from their portfolio and some prices/options.
