I’ve never used one before. Tried my friends israheat and found it to be extremely hot. Needed to put food on overturned pans so it wouldn’t burn.
I used a shabbos clock to turn it off and that’s my plan for the future as well.
Does anyone have one they especially like?
Please share your experiences- pros and cons of each brand.
I know the ones with different heat settings become a bit more complicated with putting food on on shabbos. I would need to use foil on the tray as a Blech and then put food on overturned pans… and I wonder if it’s safe to have the surface covered with foil.
TIA

Thank you for your recommendation. Can you tell me what you do or don’t line about it?
Have you ever tried a different brand

Make sure it has UL or ETL safety certification.
