So after a week of chanukah and making special suppers I need some kind of a break. Supper needs to be:
1. Adult AND kid friendly (have some kids that are adult eaters)
2. Filling
3. Not too junky
4. Quick and easy prep
Am I asking for too much?
Eta: #4 most important factor

I make my own duck sauce using fiordifrutta apricot jelly and coconut aminos. For the French fried onions I use this healthy version

Hi.. for the sweet and sour chicken I just mixed: ketchup, light brown sugar, low sodium soy sauce together and massaged it in the chicken and baked it open until ready.. I got the recipe I think from in here. It comes out delicious.. you can also use this as a sauce on roasted potatoes and onions which we’ve done and it also comes out delicious.
Enjoy

Chopped veggie soup with shredded chicken. I sauté diced onion, carrot, squash, celery. add dark chicken cutlet salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few hours. Remove chicken, shred with two forks, pick into soup. Sometimes add 1/2 cup barley. I use this for two days dinner.

Monday. Shnitzel, baked potato wedges, roasted broccoli. salad
Tuesday. Chicken burgers, string beans, salad
Weds. Pizza, fish, roasted cauliflower, onion soup.
Thursday. Baked chicken bottoms, leftovers, salad
