Which skin moisturizer is good for little ones? She's 20 months and I'm trying to figure out if what I'm seeing is a rash, allergic reaction or sever dry skin. Most of my kids have sensitive skin, so I would imagine it's just dry. Anyways, looking for recommendation for good moisturizer. Also need it for her face, but I'd prefer to get one that I could on face, arms and legs.

Olive oil is excellent and less expensive than any commercial skin treatment.
