How do people buy furniture from catalogues?
Stores like TGI, Taubus, dont have samples on the floor.
And even more expensive stores like Living Quarters, show you catalogues if you dont see what you like on the floor.
How do you know youll like it?
How do you know how a DR Table or chairs finish really looks?
How do you know how a sofa really feels?
How is buying through a catalogue different than buying through Wayfair?
How does customer service vary between buying through a catalogue from a Heimish store, to buying on Wayfair.com, if theres an issue?
