Torticollis needs stretching and strengthening. You can use a blanket or towel roll for positioning and support but it will not fully resolve the issue. See a PT. The earlier the more easily it resolves and flat head is prevented. Also, limit time in the car seat/doona/swing/bouncer etc. Best is on the floor- tummy, back some of the time when awake, supported side lying...
Hatzlacha. Torticollis does resolve nicely!

Ask the therapist exactly what they want and where you can get it. They shouldn't be recommending something if it's not available where you are so hopefully they have a suggestion.

Also, the old Graco snugride carseats used to come with them. Maybe ask on your neighborhood whatsapp group if someone has one to lend or give away.
Another idea - I saw some on aliexpress. Deliveries have been taking a few weeks recently, but better that than nothing.... and maybe you can pay extra for expedited shipping
