Has anyone tried to RETURN (large items like furniture) to Wayfair or Perigold (theyre both the same company, with the same return policy)?
They allow returns, but Customer Service person just told me they cant tell you in advance what youd have to pay for return shipping.
That makes no sense. Customers may have to pay more than they paid for the item, if they want to return it.
If anyone can offer their personal experience, Id be grateful.

I had a horrible experience trying to return to Wayfair. The item arrived broken and sent them pictures of the broken item. They told me it was ok to just throw it out but kept billing me for months and months, with interest and late fees. I had to get a lawyer friend to write them a letter to make it stop. I will never buy from them again!

Also had a terrible experience returning on Wayfajr. they wanted me to pay return shipping for a wrong item that was sent. I had to fight back that fee. Like reallly fight for it.

Someone should suggest a new advertising slogan for Wayfair/Perigold:
"Disregard the return policy. Buy from a picture, and once you buy it, your stuck with it"

But Im specifically looking for online places that sell furniture thats similar to the look and feel of what the pricey frum stores are selling.

Walmart
SamsClub
Way better than Wayfair and they have the same items.

I think all Credit cards have some kind of return protection, why havent all Imas taken advantage of that?
I should call Amex and Mastercard and ask what happens if I buy a 3,000 sofa and want to return it.
