Kosher Cook has one with an Ein Tzarich Tevilah hechsher on it. Made by Jews. You need to buy it from a Jew. Available in most kosher supermarkets.

Their Ein Tzarich Tevillah knives are actually very helpful when traveling. Or at work when you need a knife that nobody has time to toivel and that also clearly states the status so there's no mixup (Meat, Dairy, Parve).

I'm specifically referring to selling Jewish made items that don't need to be toiveled anyways with the label of not needing to be toiveled

Not exactly.
If you only use a baking pan with parchment paper, you would still need to toivel it as that is the kli used for baking.
But correct about the can opener not needing tevilla.
