I’m on an intuitive weight loss journey, respecting my body for all it does and not focusing on numbers but rather how I feel.
But the love handles have got to go… they ruin every outfit and I’m not too keen on them..
Any exercises or circuits or weight lifting that have a proven track record to melt them away??
