Sometimes I worry he doesn't eat enough... he's two.

Yesterday he had 1/2 a yogurt, a bag of bamba, 2 small pancakes and a spoonful of meat sauce.

Would you say that's ok?

Yes he might have also had some pretzels in the afternoon. And he had a sippy cup of milk.

He goes through phases where he'll eat a lot more and phases like this. He's not underweight but I do worry.

How much does he weigh?

Meals should try to include from all food groups.

Like bread, eggs, and veg.

If he can't get so much in at one time, then smaller meals more often. 3 meals and 3 snacks throughout day.

Sounds like what my toddlers would eat as kids. My doctor told me at some point t that they need to eat the equivalent of 7 meals a week, not even measured daily.

He's tenth percentile for weight but also very short (genetics, parents are short too)

Seems like he only had protein and starch. Try to also get some fruits and veggies in

Thanks, that's reassuring.

Sometimes he randomly has a huge appetite like will eat 3 bowls of cholent on Shabbos. But most of the time I have to coax (lol actually act super casual like I have zero interest in him eating) to get anything in

Sometimes he'll eat a fruit, he'll never eat a vegetable
