Remember seeing a way to see if a kid improves temporarily while taking Motrin , then you know there’s an inflammation to deal with. What’s the exact protocol?

It's not very complicated. Dye free benadryl or any other otc antihistamine once a day, and max dose of motrin for their weight every six hours. Do this for 3 days.

Ok thanks. If the kid has been out of control for two years could there be improvement or the bad behavior is so ingrained Already?

Can do this for up to 2 weeks at a time. Never give motrin on an empty stomach. Keep in mind that not responding doesn't rule out pandas.
