Looking for a hotel not far from Brooklyn- (max 25 minutes) near minyan, not expensive does such a thing exist?

25 min from which part of Brookyn?
If flatbush or boro park, you can go to Williamsburg.
Queens is a little further than that, not sure what hotels are there though.

We went to a hotel in monsey and the kids had a lot of fun.
Manhattan is much closer.
Or you can go to a hotel near Williamsburg if you’re from BP/flatbush.

You don’t need to tell us but I’m going to ask why you need the hotel. Hotels in NY that are cheap are going to be disgusting. You don’t want to stay there.

If this is for your family, I would recommend going to the homewood suites in mahwah nj which is a few minutes away from monsey.
There’s snow tubing and skiing right there. Or you could go to the pallisades mall if you want something indoors
We got a 2 bedroom suite with a pullout couch in the living room for around $170 a night. We only stayed for one night.
There’s another hotel in nanuet (monsey) . I think it’s the Hilton. They have adjoining rooms. Hotel has a pool and gym. We weren’t there in a while.
Or rent an Airbnb for a night or two wherever you want.

Monsey is nowhere near Brooklyn.
JFK airport would be closer and any of the chain hotels there would be fine.

Not sure if that’s close enough to a minyan for you
