Different ages and needs - any ideas?

Every year I struggle with this, this year I'm asking in advance.
My kids have vacation for 4 (weekday) days and they are all such different ages and interests and special needs. I feel as though I never get it right.
How do I entertain them all? What trips can work for these ages/needs? Also it's bitter cold here.

12 yr old mature girl.
11 year old AuDHD boy (has a hard time with sensory overload)
8 y year old girl (ADHD) likes gross motor things and pretend. A bit immature for her age.
3 year old girl (With sensory processing disorder, possible ASD. Also cannot handle sensory overload).
