There’s a water taxi tour in Hollywood. It’s fun and cheap. You pass all the fancy houses to yachts to drool at. You can hop on and hop off it passes some nice parks.

The guitar casino is really nice with a beautiful light show every night. The place is beautiful you can just walk around (and play a bit)

Florida is amazing!

We recently visited Lion Country Safari in Loxahatchee (next to Wellington - in Palm Beach County). It far surpassed our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults (college age through middle age) and it was fantastic for all.

Sounds great! I should add in niddah so we wouldn’t be in the same kayak.

We went kayaking at oleta, it was beautiful. Dh is too large to want to share a kayak with, we just tried to keep close enough together to feel like we were doing it together. And there are places to stop along the route so you can chill together at points.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a specific Everglades tour? Which one is good?
Also dumb question, but how do I get to the boardwalk?

I just went with the one that had a Groupon and good reviews. I don't get the impression that there are big differences between them. I can try to find the name of the one we did, which was quite nice. Bring earplugs though and don't plan on considering the boat ride a date - the boats run on huge propellers that are @#$& loud!
