Even if I didn't keep chalav yisrael I am not sure I could bring myself to eat it, and probably also my kids. Not because I am very healthy, it just looks gross.
I might have tasted the CY version when they had it, but either its not very memorable or I never actually was able to bring myself to try it.
I do make very often pasta either with plain cheese melted into it (my younger kids love this and I can't imagine wacky mac is easier) or if its older kids/adults we add cheese, herbs, garlic, tomato puree and its absolutely yum.
Or classic mac and cheese - melt butter, add flour, add milk, stir until smooth and add grated cheese. Then mix with pasta and bake. The best!

At least in Toronto, every so often we would see a CY batch. My father explained that every once in a while they do a CY run. My mother would stock up when the stores had it CY because it was so rare that it wasn't chalav stam.
A while ago I asked my sister if they still sell it CY, she said that they stopped doing CY runs just after I left home. So that's like 15-18 years ago or something.
In short, yes there used to be CY Wacky Mac, but there isn't anymore.
(Yes there was another brand, not sure if it was the one another poster mentioned, but it was almost but not quite like Wacky Mac, more expensive, and just as hard to come by. I think it was around a couple years, maybe 5, and then we never saw it anymore.)
For those craving CY Wacky Mac, we found Meir Beigel chunky cheese-flavored pretzels and they really do hit the factory cheese powder spot. But watch out because they really line your waistline, and fast.

Salt isn't food, but salt is good on food. Some other ingredients are like that too.
