I know it's early but it's a hobby of mine and it keeps me busy! Any ideas of what to include in the mishlaoch manos for adults? Kids will be astronauts.
Thanks

Rock candy
Don’t know if they still carry bubble “blast” gum
Milk munch is like the Milky Way bar.
“Air” popped pop corn
Poppy seed hamantaschen are referred to as “moon” hamantaschen
Moon shaped cookies
There’s also a kosher candy brand called Heaven and Earth

Tang powdered drink mix. Tang is strongly associated with space travel since it was drunk in space by astronauts starting in the 60s. But younger people may have no idea what it is.
From Wikipedia:
Quote: | Tang is an American drink mix brand that was formulated by General Foods Corporation food scientist William A. Mitchell[1] and General Foods Corporation chemist William Bruce James[2] in 1957, and first marketed in powdered form in 1959.[3][4] The Tang brand is currently owned in most countries by Mondelēz International, a North American company spun off from Kraft Foods in 2012. Kraft Heinz owns the Tang brand in North America.
Sales of Tang were poor until NASA used it on John Glenn's Mercury flight in February 1962,[5] and on subsequent Gemini missions.[6] Since then it has been closely associated with the U.S. human spaceflight program, which created the misconception that Tang was invented for the space program.[7][8] Tang continues to be used on NASA missions in the present day, over 50 years after its introduction.[9] |
It is possible to find it kosher but I don't know whether it is available in small sizes: https://www.amazon.com/Tang-Dr.....r=1-2

We recently did a NASA theme - actually made helmets out of paper mache came out awesome. My kids used 2 bottles to make mini oxygen tanks, one was an actual drink and the other they put nosh in, can't remember now what it was.

I did this one year. I try to give real food so I gave blue moon beer, dips- I wrote big dipper/little dipper on it. And then a piece of homemade onion board wrapped underneath the dips.

I put together a rocket for mm.
A plastic cylinder tube was base. I attached to two bottom sides wings. Plastic triangles. Placed large hamantash in each. In tube we layered star shaped jellies, mini marshmallows for clouds, and silver wrapped candies. We cut out Pic of child dressed as astronauts and placed upright into tube above layered candies, so it looked like astronaut in the rocket. On top of cylinder we attached a crembo Bell, to look like the tip.
