We had this carpet in my grandmothers house. We only had three remnants left .After ten years of the remnants just flying around in my house I finally took them to a big carpet store in Brooklyn to serge the edges so that we have a respectable memory . The store owner of this big professional store took the remnants and did not attach a tag or anything. He scribbled my name in the back and said it would be done. After getting the run around and " You don't call me for such little thing" it end up being that they cant find them. More to be said about that.....This has so many memories for us. IF any one has a remnant or is remodeling and getting rid of same thing I would love a few pieces to make into mats. I believe the company is milliken. Yes I am still upset how many frum stores just dont follow proper business etiquette such as , " Im sorry, let me see what I can do for you etc." thank you so much

Well if it’s “such little things” they shouldn’t have accepted the job!

I am so hurt by the way they treated me. If they were not interested to begin with they could have said so. who tells some one " Who told you to come to the store if no one called you?" sigh

My friend once went to a local carpet store to have an area rug made for the play room. It involved cutting a carpet remnant she chose into an oval and finishing the border.
When she went to pick it up it was completely wrong and when she complained, the owner - WITH A STRAIGHT FACE - said - If you wanted it done right, you shouldn't have come to me

I searched with google lens and added milliken. I wonder if its the exact same.
