We need some ideas for our anniversary. We are on a tight budget but still want to do something nice and special. We also have a 4 month old which I dont want to leave with a babysitter. And We live out of town. Any ideas on what to do?

Go to the ice cream store.
Buy a nicer piece of meat and make it at home for dinner with candles and petals.
An anniversary is a time to reflect. Nothing crazy needs to happen. Just do something a little extra special to recognize the day.

If your baby will sleep/cooperate quietly in the stroller then you can take her/him along anywhere. We once brought a game to a hotel lobby and went on a date! Afterwards we followed up with a trip to Ritas. It was so fun to go back in time and date my husband once we were married.

Do you baby wear? If so, you can bring your baby just about anywhere.
We usually go out to lunch or dinner for our anniversary. It doesn't have to be extravagant. Just spend some time together, maybe watch your wedding video while the baby naps and reminisce.
