I have a recipe with pastrami but anyone have one hat calls for turkey?

I would saute onions and the turkey and mix in bbq sauce. And BBQ sauce also on the crust. If your not afraid of sugar.
Then top with fresh veggies like tomatoes, red onions, peppers, before baking, for whoever likes that.
Add spicey mayo after it comes out of the oven.
Thats basically the recipe I use with ground beef, but I'm sure it would be good for turkey
