Whats the range of cash gifts for a relative's Bris?
How do you decide how much to give?

I've made a few brissim and no relatives ever gave cash gifts. Besides for parents/ILs who helped pay for the bris (for which we were very grateful).

In my family we give and get cash, I just cant remember how much I gave or got, so I wanted to hear from others.

So funny to hear some people don’t get cash! I recently made a bris and mostly got cash gifts. Really depends on how close you are and how well off you are…

I only got cash/check from my grandparents. The rest were gifts.

You can give 18, 36, 50, 54, 72, 75, 100, 180, 250, 500,1000! Who you gifting? Like with anything else! However much you want!!
