This was definitely a "cheat" cake - sometimes these doctored cake mix cakes are quite good and ridiculously easy to make

Orange Juice Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 18 oz. box yellow cake mix
• 4 serving size pkg. lemon jello
• 2/3 cup water
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 10" bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, dry lemon jello, water, vegetable oil and eggs. Using a mixer on medium speed, beat for 4 minutes.

2. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven.

3. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and granulated sugar. Pour the juice over the hot cake. Cool the cake completely in the pan. When the cake is cool, invert the cake onto a serving plate.
