I must be doing something wrong.
I hear from so many people that white clothes are grate for kids because you just bleach them and they are back to being white.
I must be doing something wrong, because I don't find that when I wash and beach white kids clothes after pre scrubbing off the mud they are gray not white.
How do people do it? How do you get white kids clothes to stay white?

Bleach turns the clothes yellow or grey.
I soak the clothes in oxi before washing.
But honestly, they're not as clean as you think they are. If you look close, you'll notice some stains that won't budge.

I buy whites and light colors. No bleach ever. Ruined a couple good pieces from contamination in machine a few years ago and since then haven't used once. Pretreat visible stains with oxi max force or for food I use miss messy mouths spray. Wash with regular detergent on delicate cycle, cool water. 95%comes out so it's usually wearable and then I try the same the next time. Sometimes I'll make a paste of oxi powder and detergent and let it sit on a tough stain for an hour.
