I cook on 450 for 15 minutes. Cover and bake in 350 2 hours. With spices and water. Half through the lamb. I also put potatoes onions and garlic

Maybe you just don’t like lamb? DH can’t stand lamb or duck. He’s a very plain person lol. He can smell lamb a mile away and can’t handle it.

Try it in a pot. Brown the meat with onions and garlic. Add water, spices and potatoes. Cook on low for 2-3 hrs.
