Has anyone used Tamar Feldman in Lakewood? I need a good RD, not just a nutritionist. I need someone who really knows what they are talking about, as I am pregnant but very overweight. Does she know her stuff, did you lose / maintain while pregnant, and did you keep it off? WHat is her personality like? I have clashed with some nutritionists in the past, so need to know whatever I can before I call her. Thanks!!

She very strongly believes in calorie counting and making your calories count. That is her approach.

I was by her a few years ago but she’s very rigid and has only one system which didn’t work for me. Just couldn’t lose weight. So she basically said sorry can’t help you bye bye
