I purchased a qin phone couple of weeks ago and im really unhappy with the way it operates. I find it soo hard to navigate. I’m wondering if anyone here had a qin phone and switched to a fig and likes it better

I had the original fig phone when it first came out, and it stopped working well 4 months later. They couldn’t guarantee that the second version will not have the same issues, so I didn’t want to risk it.
I know people who have the qin and are not thrilled but for some it seems to be working…
I’m very wary of either one.

Do not recommend the fig. It’s always breaking

Aside from the fact that people say it breaks quicker…does anyone find it easier to navigate over the qin.?

I just want to say that I totally feel your pain! I have a qin and it's really not the best quality. There are so many weird things about it. Like all of a sudden, the whole interface got smaller, stuff like that.
.... so many glitches, and there is no customer support.
I used to have a sunbeam, and every time there was a problem, I would email the company and they would tell me how to fix it. Nothing like that with the qin.
I am going to replace it soon, but not sure with what.

So interesting. Overall I love my qin. If things glitch it only happens every now and then and shutting it down fixes it.
I've heard the Fig breaks very quickly. Maybe it's less glitchy, but a broken phone is worse than one that glitches and can be fixed.
What glitches are you experiencing? Maybe I can help you out.

Right now, the biggest glitch is that when I want to text, the on-screen keyboard comes up very small. It used to come up the full size of the screen, but now it comes up really small. Any suggestions?
