So many options! Sometimes they come here, sometimes my kids go there. Sometimes older siblings or a guest who is walking past that house will walk them, sometimes I will. Either I or an older sibling will usually pick them up, or they go to shul with their friend’s father, or someone gets them after shabbos.

Depends.
Are the kids going in the same direction? Who is friendly with the parents? Doe the other person have something to do? Who needs a nap? When is Mincha? -is it on the way, going to make late, or making the afternoon too choppy? Who is cleaning up lunch?
We don’t stand on ceremony and much more likely to “fight” to do it so the other person can relax than try to pawn it off on the other person. I want my DH to have some down time and he wants the same for me.

Most of the time I do because I like getting out of the house and my husband doesn't care. Plus he prefers not to use the Eruv so if I go I can take along the baby to get some fresh air and maybe an easier nap. But if I asked him to he would do it.
ETA: I also don't remember any of the addresses, just know the house so sending my husband would mean finding their house number again

My husband. He’s the better walker and enjoys it. I don’t.

If any of us doesn't mind going out then we take. Sometimes dh will pick up on way home from afternoon shiur. I wrote that we each take one way because that's how it usually works out but there's no rule. I don't make playdates that are too far. 10-15 min walk tops. Anyone who lives further, they can play with on sunday

Neither. Usually they continue from shul so they go home with the friends to their apartment and husband picks up after shabbos (or we meet up later at the park)

So detailed.
It really shouldn’t be so complicated.
Whoever is available is the right answer.
If noone is, then someone makes themselves available or you reconsider the playdate.

Typically me but that's because the most recent playdate family I am friends with the mom and we hang out.
But otherwise it depends on who is available, who wants to nap, if baby is awake, if baby needs some air, or which kid is driving which parent crazier.

99% kids come to me cause we're right near the shul and then the boys meet their fathers for Mincha

I didn't vote because it depends. Often my older son when he goes to learn, or my dh. Hardly ever me, but occasionally I will. They don't go out every week, and we sometimes have friends round here.
