How does redoing it help the cleanliness and shampoo situation? You should call and complain.

I once went and there was literally no hot water. I called the front 3 times to complain and ask for another room and she kinda blamed it on me. after that time ( when I left in tears) I gave up. I do most preps at home and pray I have no incidents. it's not pleasant. and yes it's aging. time for a redo. everything else in town in stunning. why is our mikvah just adequate?

Never used Madison either, and it's much closer to me. Where is the entrance?

anyone else feel like the new Hampshire one should be redone. they give gross shampoo, the soaps are nasty, there's always hair in the showers, hot water issues.. I don't love going.

I always bring my own shampoo and body wash. I never had a problem with hot water

They started renovations a little less than a year ago. Not sure how long it took, but it's beautiful now.

I walked in for the 1st time the other day and there was a huge ball of hair on the floor. Grossed me out like crazy. I actually stopped a cleaner to ask her to please pick it up.

New Hampshire is relatively new! Probably about 8 years old... I don't remember exactly. Much nicer than my bathroom at home.
If someone has enough money to redo it, let them open up some new mikvaos instead.

I was once reading that Commercial Bathroom need to be redone about every 5-7 years because of the amount of use the bathrooms get.

The New Hampshire Mikvah is a very hi used Mikvah so it stands a reason that they need to re due it.
