I have a packet of ground almonds and would love ideas/recipes to make.
Something that doesn't have to many items not in my pantry already.
I was looking at Mandelbrot/biscotti recipes but all I found needs whole or sliced almonds also which I don't have and don't want to buy.

I love baking and cooking so all types and difficulties are welcome.
Looking forward to your ideas.

Hi. How about putting them in any salad- I sometimes put them in broccoli salad- it’s really delicious. You can put them on garlic green beans.
Enjoy

Chocolate Chip Biscotti

3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
4 cups almond flour / finely ground almonds
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Cream eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Add baking powder and almonds and mix until dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips.
Make 2 logs, flattening down so they're 4" wide & 1/2" thick. Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet in oven preheated to 350 for 20 min.
Cool slightly and cut into 1/2" slices. Lay slices cut side down on cookie sheets and bake additional 10-15 min.
