I bought a pickled corned beef that I wanted to make.
I didn't end up not doing it and at 5 am I realized I forgot to put it in the fridge.
I bought it at 5 pm the day before so it's basically been left out for 12 hours.
Its cold by me and my kitchen isn't very warm.
Think I still could make it?
It was cool to the touch.

If it is still cool to the touch, I would make it.

You absolutely cannot eat meat that you left out for 12 hours. No it’s not ok, and you can’t smell or taste the bacteria that grew. You also can’t kill the bacteria by cooking it. Food poisoning is not worth it, don’t use it.
