I don’t understand why this forum is not anonymous but anyways,
Looking for the best potatoe kugel recipe ever. Hit me up with it please.
We are tired of mine (it’s called lacy potatoe kugel not sure who it’s from). Looking for something new that comes out amazing and crispy

I know there is a post similar to this but I don’t have time to follow it all before shabbos (although I’m definitely gonna read it after)
But right now need a good kugel recipe

5 lbs yukon gold potatoes
7 eggs
2/3 Cup water
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Blend the potatoes till pureed. Mix in the rest of ing and pour into 9×13.
Bake on 500 for 1 hr, then on 350 for around 2 hrs.

Now I have russet potatoes, what can I do with those?
