Looking for a good exercise class or app online that o can do at my convenience. Nothing too hard as I haven’t exercised in a while and have very little core strength, but some thing that is focused on gradually building up strength and muscle/weight loss. Can you recommend one?

Mom's into fitness/Lindsay Brin.

She's super into the core and she has great core programs as well as things that are easy intermediate and hard and range from 10 minutes to 40 minutes.

Ty
I’m specifically looking for a program that’s progressive so I know which class to do each day and it slowly builds

Do you need a peloton? Also, really would like a structured system . Like class one class two etc that allows you to slowly get stronger etc

Try the Restore Your Core program. It does exactly this.

Esther Taub is great. The program is not progressive but it is structured and she helps you to keep pushing yourself.

I like sweat (formerly BBG) app with Kayla Itsines
Lots of programs and you can build it gradually - some need a gym some need just one set of weights and some need nothing but a mat.
It’s not free but if you’re interested let me know and I will take off anonymity so you can DM me if you want - I can send a referral code and we get a discount.
