Any recommendations for a nice hotel with kosher food driving distance that dh and I can go for a 2 night vacation? Should be under 6 hours from nj

Looking for the same.... any recommendations in Manhattan?
I've stayed in the hotel in Nanuet (near Monsey) that was recommended on this site. It has large jacuzzi in the room, and lots of kosher food all around.

If you want kosher food in the hotel, there aren't many options. Melour in Tannersville NY is your best bet. If you're willing to stay in a hotel/AirBNB with kosher restaurants in the area, you'll have a lot more options. The question is what do you want to do to relax, especially when it's so called outside?

What’s there to do in the area.
Any minyan nusach ashkenaz.

I love the Diamond suite. It’s in Lakewood, so you have lotsa kosher food options.

It does look nice, but it's $600/night in the winter and $900/night in the summer, which is more than many posters are looking to spend.
