Taanug is gf and so is millville from Aldi's

Also be aware of that Marshmallow fluff contains eggs. I don't know if peanuts are okay, or you can use corn syrup recipe

Keep it simple. The more "substitute" products you use, the more likely you're going to inadvertently trigger someone's allergies.

Instead of kugel make roasted potatoes and rice. Instead of gefilte fish make salmon. Roasted vegetables are yummy and simple.

Check ingredients on all soup mixes, prepared sauces, etc.

Don't try to replicate your normal menu. There are plenty of foods that are naturally free of gluten, eggs, and nuts.

I liked Katz’s GF challah when I was GF.

Also there are GF kneidlach. But they have eggs.

Egg free challah can be delicious too.

To reiterate what people said:
Be careful with dips - mayo
Marshmallow fluff has eggs

If buying ice cream be careful - some have eggs and some have tree nuts. In general the plainer the better. But safer to stick with ices.

Chocolate often has nuts.

You are so kind as to be so careful and thoughtful. It means so much to allergy families.

The chocolate cake looks like a good option, if you want to bake.
