Does anyone store flour, legumes or grains in bulk in very large food safe buckets and refill their kitchen canisters as needed. (This would probably apply more to plant based diets). If so how do you know which buckets are food based and where to purchase

They sell containers for this purpose which are great for storage like this especially flour.
You just need to know how large you want. The ones I have seen will state how many pounds of flour they store.

Food based containers or food safe containers? I personally haven't heard of food based containers before.
