Looking at not frum stores, I am seeing a lot of square toe ballet flats. I am not seeing them at all in the frum stores. Are they in style?

Yes. If you see them out in the world, they're in style. The local stores take some time to catch up.

Yes, I hear...but I am not so in tune with trends. Just that when I was trying to shop online from not frum stores those are the flats I was finding and teen DD didn't want them because that's not what the frum stores will have. Or will they? Will she be "in" if she gets a square toe?

Are you the OP of the DD 18 shoes thread? Your daughter needs to relax and mature a bit. Dress in a classy manner and with confidence and others will look to her to see what to wear and not the other way around.
