I’m organizing all my kitchen draws. My measuring spoons and cups and skewers and random odds and ends. Cup cake holders. Cake topper birthday candles.etc are all in a huge mess in a very wide draw but it’s shallow. Any ideas how to keep this stuff organized better!? Links to anything?

How about make one draw designated for baking. Place everything in dollar tree containers and sort together items. Or actually you can get command hooks and hang it in your cabinets and place them in there.

Throw out whatever you don't use regularly.
Then use drawer inserts.
Based on the quantity/shape of what's in the drawer, you may need a set like I linked below, or one with more/less/bigger/smaller pieces.
