Op I have a question- if you are still following. I want to order dresses from outnet.com but the measurement in the description sound so off! The sizes are right but the length is crazy long. 51" for size 8 girls and its final sale. Should I risk it, or can it be that the measurements are not accurate?

Shabbos coat for myself. Something like this one you posted but preferably under 100. Doesn't have to be super warm. Also can be short as I am 4"11 and generally look better in short styles
