Yes, if you cook the blintzes first. No, if you just form the blintzes and freeze them raw.

I would do it but then again I didnt learn my food safety rules on imamother. My chicken doesnt spoil 15 min after being taken out of the fridge. Neither does my milk cheese or fish...
