There is one fee for a wash and set that she sets on your head and a reduced fee for wash and sets that you just 'pick up'

Change Sheitel machers. Also, leave bad review and you’ll for sure hear from her to try to amend it.

No! Did you read the thread? It was most likely a wash and set pickup.
Not many do this anymore. My sm charges the same whether I sit in chair or pick up.

Sheitel machers generally offer two different services:
1: "on the head"
2: "pick-up "
They usually charge more for on the head because they're spending much more time with the client, vs pick-up where they just have to set the wig.
This is what she meant. She's not actually charging for the wig to be picked up!
