Tried so many options, but a few days away from 6 months, starting to turn over, and he won't fall asleep without his arms swaddled into his halo swaddle sleep sack. Help!

We went all the way to like 8-9 months in the Halo swaddle because she couldn't fall asleep without it. She would roll over and sleep on her stomach with her head turned to the side which was a little nerve-wracking. Eventually she outgrew the swaddle and had to switch cold turkey to a sleeper. It went just fine.

Ugh we had that with one of ours. Was a miserable couple of weeks but she finally adjusted at some point. I tried all different alternatives but without the arms restricted it didn’t make any difference what I put her in.
Good luck.

Maybe a weighted sleep sack with the arms out?
Could be by brining in a new soothing mechanism, he won't need his arms tucked in anymore.
