My brother had this in reverse - he has very high functioning ASD? Aspergers, and there wheren't any male therapists in our area who specaloze in this.
When we asked a sherila , we where told that therapy is an automatic "liba gas bo" - transference is such a common issue, that often turns s-xual, and that is halchically problematic even when nothing is acted on. Plus, there have been enough crazy stories where things HAVE happened (I just heard about a 45 year old frum therapist with 10 kids who divorced and then married her 22 year old client)
When you flip the script and take a vulnerable girl and put her in front of a male therapist, to me it becomes even more problematic.
I would sent to a secular therapist or zoom before using a male
