How much does a 2 bedroom or nice larger 1 bedroom condo rental cost in monsey?
Are there any condo developments in mixed neighborhoods (not mostly chassidish)

Are there any decent apartments available for decent prices on the outskirts of monsey?
Can I dream of having a private house for less than 3k a month?

Also, I saw on Zillow beautiful apartments in “Highlands Nanuet” development for decent prices.

Are there any Jewish people there? Or close by?

Monsey apartments are heading up in price.
A two bedroom is usually between 2000 to 2500
Private houses are upwards of 4k you can maybe find for 3500.
Not sure about Nanuet. I know some areas have yidden, you have to find out where.

Some areas in Nanuet are jewish, but that specific development is all non jewish. (Afaik.) And the prices aren't that decent at all. $2300 for 1 bedroom.

2 bedrooms are about 2k-2500
House rentals are 4k or over
I don't think the apartments in Nanuey are frum at all.
You can look into blueberry Hill or Victoria Gardens and see what's available there.
There are also some frum ppl in the apartments (may be condos) off Thiells Mount Ivy Road.

There are apartments and condos for rent in this area and a few frum couples. We’re in a basement apartment in this area and pay almost 3k a month for a big 2 bedroom.

There is a neigborhood called Kiryas Radin in New Hempsted next to Belz School, they have rentals for cheaper and it's a pretty mixed neighborhood.

I've heard of young couples paying 17-1800 there.

Afaik, they don't rent to the general public. There's a certain criteria you need to fall under.

You need to be a part of a kollel system to live there. They don't rent to lots of ppl and there are legal problems with the place as well.

They have been renting to chassidishe people lately, and they request that they daven some teffilos in their shul.
Their legal problems within the board haven't affected the chassidishe people that live there.

Maybe that's why the rent is so cheap though.
