Its a no bake oatmeal and chocolate cookie Recipe calls for half cup margarine can I use olive oil instead? How much? Came can I replace sugar with honey? How much honey for two cups sugar? Sugar gets dissolved in a saucepan...

I haven't been able to substitute anything for margarine in cookies. I use oil only cooky recipes if I don't want to use margarine.
