any recommendations for a nutritionist that can help lower my blood sugar? I'm super picky eater so I would need someone really patient and understanding. would be a plus if they took insurance.

Please watch the Glucose Goddess on YouTube. She has some great comprehensive and very informative videos with easy hacks to lower your glucose spikes.

Hi, firstly sending hugs! I ended up with Shira Oppenheimer and she was super helpful with creating a menu that works for me.
